Walking into PickleRage, I had no idea I was about to have the best retail experience of my pickleball life. The staff immediately understood what I was looking for — not just a paddle, but the right paddle. Instead of pointing me to a wall and wishing me luck, they set me up with their Titan Drills Pro ball machine and gave me the run of the demo fleet. "Over 20 paddles to choose from, and they encouraged me to try every single one. This isn't a shop that wants to just move inventory — they genuinely want you to walk out with something that elevates your game." I have enjoyed being a Founding Member and the PickleRage app is very easy to use to book a court and to navigate. The 3-hour open play is a great deal with balls provided. Playing indoors during the summer is a great way to get out of the heat and wind. I am looking forward to leagues, drills, and other activities to improve my play. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love the upper lounge area and the assortment of paddles to demo. This is a great addition to Portage and surrounding communities for those who love the game of pickleball.

Great staff! Court surface is excellent and the lighting is good. It's quite noisy when courts are at capacity, but I didn't find it distracting. I've already purchased my membership and encourage others to join as well!

We had such a great time this weekend. It was packed! Probably 200 prople at the VIP party. Love the feeling of the floors. We saw so many people we knew. The staff is great! I'm officially a member! Supporting our local business.

I played here twice the opening weekend. Open play was pretty slow these two afternoons which was surprising. PR is super hospitable and the employees friendly. I liked that use of space and the lounge areas made a nice spot to hang out. The courts seem a bit tighter than most would like. Another foot or two on each side would be nice. Also it’s very noisy in there. Really need some sound deadening. There are some spots with lower HVAC making those spots hard to lob. I think this a great location. Portage only has the YMCA. West Hills and Friendly Pickle are great places. Just a bit farther than I’d like to travel. I’ll be at Ramona most of the summer but for the indoor season, I’ll spend time at Pickle Rage.
